VapeVault operates as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale distributor of vaping products across Europe. Our services are intended exclusively for registered businesses and authorized resellers.

2. Age Requirement & Legal Compliance

By placing an order with VapeVault, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age for purchasing tobacco/vaping products in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and resell vaping products in your country or region.
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and EU regulations regarding the sale and distribution of vaping products.
• You will not resell products to minors or to any person who does not meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction.

VapeVault reserves the right to request proof of age or business registration at any time. Failure to provide such documentation may result in order cancellation or account termination.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices listed on our website are wholesale prices and may vary based on order quantity, destination, and current market conditions.

• Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received in full.
• We accept bank transfers (SEPA), cryptocurrency, and other payment methods as communicated during the ordering process.
• All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
• Minimum order quantities apply and are specified per product.

4. Shipping & Delivery

VapeVault ships across Europe from our EU warehouse. Delivery times vary by destination and are provided as estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products and health regulations, our refund policy is strictly as follows:

• Refunds are only possible if the goods are returned to our warehouse in their original, unopened, and undamaged condition.
• All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. VapeVault does not cover return shipping expenses under any circumstances.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the goods by contacting our team via WhatsApp or Telegram.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods at our warehouse.
• Opened, used, damaged, or tampered products are not eligible for a refund.
• VapeVault reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods do not meet the conditions stated above.

6. Product Information & Authenticity

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product information is error-free or complete.

All products sold by VapeVault are 100% authentic and sourced directly from manufacturers or authorized distributors. We provide authenticity verification tools on our website for applicable products.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VapeVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

VapeVault is not responsible for any health effects, regulatory penalties, or business losses resulting from the use or resale of our products.
